The brainchild of a local businessman, Beaches Restaurant contributed to a beachside neighborhood revitalization by upgrading and renovating a deteriorating structure that was once a Gas Station and Car Wash. The buildings were brought up to code and combined to create a new Package Store with a beach themed lounge. The existing car wash was also renovated to reflect the beach theme and complements the new facility making it a ‘one-stop shop’ for patrons on their way to or from the beach.
