The UCF Business Incubator is a 10,000 SF remodel within the Daytona Beach International Airport. This facility houses 21 offices of varying sizes, a training room, board room, break room and other support spaces that are being utilized by new “upstart” businesses primarily in the technology field. This project was completed at the end of 2011 for a construction cost of $1,232,000.
