The ERAU NextGen Facility is a 14,000 SF remodel with the Daytona Beach International Airport for the private university. This unique facility houses a demonstration area for demonstrations of the future of air traffic control utilizing innovative satellite technology instead of ground based system. The remodel also includes an integration area, conference room, meeting area, offices, data center and other support spaces. This is one of only three facilities of its kind in the country. This project was completed at the end of 2011 for a construction cost of $1,286,000.
