This 16,600 sf facility was designed to be a signature building for the City of Daytona Beach Shores. It had to serve many purposes from Council Chambers, to multi-purpose rooms, a Senior Center and tennis facilities. The distinctive shape and color of the roof were designed to reflect the proximity to the Atlantic Ocean just across the street and has become an iconic feature for the City.
